AIGA Miami hosted its 2018 Board Retreat in July at Tedge Mindful Coworking Space. It was a full day of collaborative planning for the year ahead, focused on tailoring our programming to the feedback we received in the 2018 Design Community Survey. The board also explored an innovative leadership training exercise that was introduced to chapter leaders during the 2018 AIGA National Leadership Retreat. Finally, we closed out the day with happy hour to celebrate our efforts and the exciting year ahead.
