"How do you run a successful, and profitable creative business? How do you price work that is both fair to you and the client? Should you charge hourly, per project or based on value to client? What is ethical to charge beyond cost? How do you answer the dreaded question of, “How much?”

If you’re like me when I started my design business in 1995, there was a lot of guesswork and second-guessing. Trying to find that“just right” number that the client wouldn’t balk at or laugh you out the room, was time-consuming and nerve-racking. Thankfully, 24 years of trial and error, coaching and training, I’ve learned how to have the money conversation. No more awkwardness and no more leaving money on the table. I have successfully billed over $80M, coached thousands of others and will teach you how to make money doing what you love.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a freelancer, solopreneur or multi-person studio, I’ll teach you pricing and sales fundamentals including: how to price based on inputs (selling time and materials), outputs (selling deliverables) and value.
